About 5 years ago I realized that I wanted and needed a career change. I had owned and operated a cabinet shop and remodeling company for 10 years and been in the construction industry for 17 years.
I loved being in the shop building furniture and the great feeling when a job was completed. Taking a step back after a job and looking at it knowing you built it was fabulous. After so many years in the business I got burned out and needed a change.
I have always worked out and followed the latest information on eating healthy, nutritious foods. This naturally led to choosing to become a personal trainer and health counselor as the move into my new career. The journey has been fun, extremely interesting and challenging. I have my personal training certification with NASM one of the best certifications in the industry.
